Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to orders placed with Nosh e Jaan, the restaurant trading name of Kamer Hatun Mah. Kamer Hatun Cad. No: 5/A, Beyoğlu, Istanbul, Türkiye.
1. Delivery Areas
Delivery availability depends on the branch, delivery distance, order value, rider availability, and third-party delivery platform coverage.
If we are unable to deliver to your address, we may contact you to cancel the order or offer an alternative option such as takeaway.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only. We do our best to prepare and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Delays may happen due to traffic, weather, order volume, incorrect address details, rider availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate details when placing an order, including:
- Full delivery address
- Phone number
- Building/apartment details
- Delivery instructions, if needed
If delivery fails because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, we may not be able to offer a refund.
4. Order Changes
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only make changes if the order has not already been prepared or sent for delivery.
5. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order by contacting us immediately.
If the order has not yet been prepared, we may cancel it and issue a refund where payment has already been made.
If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Refunds and Replacements
We may offer a refund, partial refund, replacement, or correction if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- An item was missing
- The food arrived damaged or unsuitable due to our mistake
- The order could not be completed by us
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide your order details and photos where relevant.
7. Cases Where Refunds May Not Be Available
Refunds may not be available where:
- The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address
- The customer could not be contacted at the time of delivery
- The customer changed their mind after the food was prepared
- The customer ordered the wrong item by mistake
- The issue is related to personal taste preference
- delay was caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery conditions outside our control
8. Third-Party Delivery Platforms
If you place an order through a third-party delivery platform, such as a food delivery app, the cancellation and refund process may need to be handled through that platform.
Their rules and processing times may apply.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time may depend on the payment method, bank, payment provider, or delivery platform used.
